Pension plan
Benefits of the plan according to policy
Waiver of premium after 90 days of incapacity to work due to illness or accident
Entitlement to a disability pension to the amount of 60% and/or disabled person’s child pension to the amount of 12% of the insured annual salary
Not only widows but also widowers are entitled to a pension
Widow’s/widower’s pension to the amount of 36% and/or orphan’s pension to the amount of 12% of the insured annual salary
In addition to the widow’s/widower’s pension a sum payable at death to the amount of 100% of the annual salary will be paid
Daily sickness allowance insurance
The premiums for the non-statutory daily sickness allowance insurance are paid in full by the employer; no payroll deduction for the employee
Accident insurance
The premiums for the occupational and the non-occupational accident insurance are paid in full by the employer; no payroll deduction for the employee
Additional insurance is provided for the following
80% daily allowance of the insured annual salary
