Data integration
In order for you to also use the D&B data from the Spend Analysis in your operational and analytical system, we recommend a further step whereby you integrate the data, into the operational procurement systems (such as SAP R/3) or into analytic tools (such as SAP BI or Oracle), for example.
D&B provides various pre-defined data formats to make data integration as straightforward as possible. For example, SAP has made a field for the D&B DUNS® number standard. Batch updates can therefore take place regularly, e.g. every month or quarter.
