Existing customers

An analysis of existing customers is an appropriate method for identifying the risks of your existing customer portfolio or supplier base. Once they have been identified, you can introduce suitable steps and monitor certain risks, for example.
The first step is for you to send your customers or suppliers in a file (e.g. in Excel format).
We synchronise your data with our patented MatchGrade technology, enabling us to perform a classification of risk using our D&B ratings. You can find out at a glance which customers display a below-average risk of bankruptcy while we cleanse your data of any duplicate entries. This gives you clarity and you are then able to take suitable steps (e.g. monitoring or a tightening of dunning procedures).
